Payment Policy
Booing & Advance: To book a tour, you need to deposit 15% of the total tour cost per person as an non-refundable token advance, 50% of the tour cost has to be deposited 30 days before commencing the tour. Rest of the 50% will be collected on arrival.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelation stage-1: 31 or more days prior to departure 15% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation
Cancelation stage-2: 22 to 30 days prior to departure 35% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation
Cancelation stage-3: 15 to 21 days prior to departure 50% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation
Cancelation stage-4: within 15 days prior to departure 100% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation

HEALTH & FITNESS: Please read carefully our AMS/mountain sickness guide mentioned on the Main page TAB area. Travellers should have a basic level of physical fitness and mobility and must be able to negotiate uneven surfaces, climb stairs and board boats. Travellers are advised to check with their local health professional at least 30 days prior to departure,
Footprints Adventure requires a written notification prior to booking if you have any physical, emotional or mental conditions that may require professional attention during the course of your tour. If you require any special equipment such as a wheelchair you are responsible for providing this. Certain elements of our itineraries may not be wheelchair accessible and we cannot guarantee access or wheelchair assistance at our destinations. We reserve the right to decline a potential participant if, in our opinion, they have the potential to affect the health, safety and enjoyment of other participants. Please familiarize yourself with potential travel, health and safety risks in the regions you wish to visit, prior to booking your tour. Footprints Adventure is not responsible for checking safety and security conditions. If you intend to travel to Ladakh you are required to provide a doctor’s certificate stating that you are fit to travel and that your blood pressure and heart condition are able to accommodate high altitudes.Please read carefully our AMS/mountain sickness guide mentioned on the Main page TAB area We are unable to accommodate for women past their 6th month of pregnancy.
RESPONSIBILITY
The responsibility of Footprints Adventure and its affiliated companies is strictly limited. Footprints Adventure acts as a coordinator for all persons taking a tour in the making of all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodation. Footprints Adventure does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel or restaurant or any other supplier of services. All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and all services are subject to the laws of the country where the services are provided. By utilising the services of our chosen suppliers, you agree to look to these suppliers for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you. Footprints Adventure and Footprints Adventure representatives are not liable if these events occur. Footprints Adventure acts only as an agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers of transportation and/or other related travel services provided and assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to baggage or property or for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever caused arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss, theft or damage to person or property, delays, transport failure, strikes, wars and uprisings or acts of God etc. over which Footprints Adventure has no control. We strongly encourage all customers to undertake a high level of personal responsibility in order to ensure that possessions, equipment and personal documents are closely monitored and protected at all times. Footprints Adventure is not responsible for your failure to comply with custom regulations. Footprints Adventure reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if deemed necessary and will substitute hotels, flights and transportation with those of similar quality, or will cancel the tour prior to departure. If a cancelation is made by Footprints, the company is liable to fully refund the money received from participants. Footprints Adventure reserves the right to make amendments to incorrect promotional or website pricing or to increase pricing in the event of industry cost increases including but limited to airfares, transport fares, currency fluctuations, wildelife/trekking fee increases, taxes or fuel surcharges. Please note that some attractions and sites are not open for entry every day of the year. In the event of closure, Footprints Adventure will substitute or vary the sequence of sightseeing or order of cities visited to accommodate for this. Footprints Adventure will endeavour to stick to the itinerary; however there are no refunds for any unused or unavailable excursions.
